2. Data we process
We may process identification and contact data, artistic and professional information, form responses, service preferences, links to audio files, communication history, billing data where a contractual relationship exists, and the minimum technical data required for security, consent and website operation.
Do not include special-category data or personal information about third parties in lyrics, metadata, messages or files. If you provide another person's data, you confirm that you are legally entitled to do so.

4. Audio links and files
When you share a WAV or MP3 link, we use it to access the material and provide the requested diagnosis or service. We do not use your music to train systems, create derivative works, promote ourselves or share it with third parties unless you expressly authorise it or a technical provider needs access to deliver the service.
The link must remain accessible while the work is active. You control the file through your chosen provider and may withdraw access, although doing so may prevent completion.
5. Recipients and providers
We do not sell your data. We may use hosting, email, security, analytics, storage, invoicing or support providers under appropriate agreements and safeguards. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Reddit Pixel operate only according to your consent choices. Reddit may automatically match email or phone details you enter if you accept marketing cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical data required to protect forms and logins.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we apply the safeguards required by law, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent by emailing info@libelula-audio.com. State which right you wish to exercise and provide enough information to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
7. Security and confidentiality
We apply reasonable access controls, credential and communication encryption, backups and activity logging. No system is infallible. If a breach may significantly affect your rights, we will respond and notify as required by law.
8. Children and updates
Children under 14 must not submit data without authorisation from a legal representative. We may update this policy when services, providers or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
